The Alliance Annual RetreatPosted: 05/10/2003 Our world-famous Alliance Retreat will return to the place of our inception the Alliance Ranch, near Dubios, Wyoming, August 2-5, with an ambitious agenda of new information in advanced workshops and discussions on state and local bicycle advocacy initiatives, best practices and creative solutions. 2003 is our year to expand on everything we have accomplished since our first gathering at the Alliance Ranch. This Retreat will emphasize this goal for our members as well as the broader initiatives of the Alliance as the national coalition of state and local bicycle advocacy organizations.
