These day-long workshops are designed to ensure advocates, agency staff, and elected officials have the knowledge, skills and resources to access untapped or under-utilized federal funding sources at the state, regional and local level to build bicycling and walking infrastructure and programs. Action2020 workshop attendees will:
With the help of the Advocacy Advance team and advisors, attendees will leave the training with an action plan with short- and long-term goals and clear measurable next-steps in their campaigns to tap into federal funding sources as your state/local level. To ensure campaigns are successful, they will have access to Advocacy Advance resources and receive follow-up support and guidance. These workshops are offered for free, thanks to the generous support of SRAM.
