Mandatory bicycle licensing and/or registration is a topic that occassionally creeps up on the Alliance listserv when officials in a certain community may be considering the idea. In this folder you will find resources including an overview of these laws and policies in other communities, arguments for and against, and how to fight these policies in your community.
